Presented by Caveat

Join fellow cinephile and host Nate Charles (The Moth) in a film screening comedy show that treats Hollywood's greatest blockbusters like hard-hitting documentaries. Learn about marine life from Deep Blue Sea, banking and asset protection from The Bourne Identity, and the intricacies of law from My Cousin Vinny.*

*For real though, this is a really factually accurate film that some law schools include in their syllabus.

This month: DIE HARD

Nate is joined by Steve Osborne (author and Moth regular), as they explore the explosive film 'Die Hard' - a gritty look at an average day in the life of a New York City policeman.

Throughout this hard-hitting documentary, NYC policeman John McClane attempts to juggle his responsibilities as a father and husband with his responsibilities at work (law enforcement, justice, terrorists taking over an entire building) . Join Nate as we peel back the curtain and take a look at the realities of being a big-apple cop. Yippie ki-yay, motherfuckers.
