December edition: Battle of the Emilys! Talks by Emily Hoff and Emily van den Blink.

Emily Hoff is a historian and science writer whose work has appeared in museums from AMNH to Kennedy Space Center. An avid book worm, she's currently working on a book of her own about science and curiosity in the National Parks.

Emily van den Blink is a former zookeeper and tour guide at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. After her time in Florida, she got her Master’s degree in neuroendocrine physiology studying the effects of environmental contaminants on fertility or, as she calls it, “toxins and testes.” She is no longer an active scientist, but still spends most of her time talking about science to anyone who will listen.
